WOMEN'S MENTAL HEALTH

Lifeline Crisis can provide online emotional support, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention services to anyone who is depressed, despairing, going through a hard time, or just needs to talk, including people who are thinking about suicide. The goal of the Lifeline Crisis Chat service is to help you reduce stress and feel empowered to make healthy decisions.

Available in English and Spanish: The PSI Warmline is available for information and resources ...it is not a crisis helpline. The Warmline messages are returned every day of the week. The volunteer will give you information, encouragement, and names of resources near you

Maternal mental Health Resource directory of providers, programs and support groups.
This directory will assist patients ands their families with obtaining specialized mental health evaluation and treatment during pregnancy and postpartum.

They want you to call for caring and informed support to moms and their families. They are available during pregnancy, birth, and through the first year postpartum. A resource for pregnancy and postpartum mental health including depression, anxiety, PTSD, obsessive symptoms, bipolar disorders, etc. The site offers some TOOLS FOR MOM, FAQs and additional useful links for help.
